The Pharmaceutical Compliance Summit is pleased to offer two special discounted registration arrangements members of the Pharmaceutical Compliance Forum (PCF) to attend the International Pharmaceutical Compliance Summit on Medical Affairs, Clinical Trials, Safety and Publication.

PCF SPECIAL INDIVIDUAL REGISTRATION DISCOUNT ARRANGEMENT

The regular Pharma Compliance Summit registration rates are $1,795 early bird discount through February 25, 2005 and $1,995 thereafter. The PCF discounted rate for individual PCF members is a flat $1,495. This constitutes a $300 savings off the early bird rate and a $500 savings off the full rate. Please note that the PCF discount applies prospectively only and may not be used as a basis for a request for partial refund by those who have already registered.

PCF SPECIAL GROUP REGISTRATION DISCOUNT ARRANGEMENT

The PCF also offers a special group discounted flat rate of $1,295 for groups of 10 or more registrants from the same company registering at the same time. This constitutes a $400 savings off the early bird rate and a $700 savings off the full rate.

HOW TO REGISTER FOR THE PFC DISCOUNTS

There are two ways to register at the PCF discount arrangements:

When registering for the group discount, please remember to enter complete information for all 10 or more individuals registering before submitting.

METHOD OF PAYMENT FOR TUITION
Make payment by check (to Health Care Conference Administrators LLC), MasterCard, Visa or American Express. A $20 fee will be charged on any returned checks. Groups: Have registration and credit card information for each person. List all group members on FAX cover sheet.

TAX DEDUCTIBILITY
Expenses of training including tuition, travel, lodging and meals, incurred to maintain or improve skills in your profession may be tax deductible. Consult your tax advisor. Federal Tax ID: 91-1892021.

CANCELLATIONS/SUBSTITUTIONS
No refunds will be given for "no-shows" or for cancellations. You may send a substitute; please call the Conference Office at 1-800-684-4549.
